Because of our size, each client we accept has unrivaled access to our attorneys. You won't be shuffled between attorneys, or billed for different attorneys to learn your case. Our size and experience position us to provide effective solutions to your unique legal problems.

Getting Started

If you are like most people, you have never (or rarely) hired an attorney and you’re are worried about the costs. At the same time, you are dealing with a serious legal problem with your employer and you need professional advice. We want you to make the right decisions.

Here is how we work with you.

Call or email us. We will get your information over the phone and decide whether we think that a face-to-face meeting is necessary to discuss your problem. (Often, we can tell from that first conversation whether you should hire an attorney.) There is no charge for this first call.

If a face-to-face meeting is warranted, we will work with your schedule to set up a convenient meeting time. At the first meeting, you will explain your problem in more detail and let us ask questions that will help us understand your problem. Once we understand your problem, we can better explain your options and whether we think that we can help you. You can then decide whether you want to hire us. You have no obligation to hire us. If you decide that you want to hire us, we will give you a written fee agreement explaining what we will be doing for you and how we will be charging. In a typical case, we will not charge for the face-to-face meeting.

If, however, there is a time deadline or similar issue that requires that we start work immediately, we may have to bill for the face-to-face meeting. But we will always tell you before we start billing and you can always decline our services.
